1. Teach the Word of God- It transforms all our hearts. We are called to uplift Christ and not our personal agendas.
2. Mentor Godly principles and show Christ like behavior to our mentees.
3. To help direct women to their hope and future in Christ. Pray and emphasize that God and will provide opportunities that will push toward their future and not their past.

Women's Advisory Board
The Women’s Advisory Board of Trinity Restoration Ministries’ The Well is a dedicated group of women who are passionate about serving, encouraging, and advocating for women during incarceration and as they transition back into the community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to share the love of Christ by providing prayer, mentorship, encouragement, and hope to women seeking a fresh start. Through faithful service and meaningful relationships, we strive to remind every woman that she is seen, valued, and never beyond God’s grace.
What We Do
Monthly Zoom Meetings
Each month, our advisory board meets virtually to pray for women who are incarcerated, preparing for release, or participating in The Well. We also discuss outreach opportunities, ministry initiatives, upcoming events, and ways we can better serve the women in our care.
Quarterly Fellowship Gatherings
Four times a year, we gather for a luncheon or brunch to strengthen relationships, encourage one another, pray together, and celebrate what God is doing in our lives and in the lives of the women we serve.
Prison Ministry
Our team regularly visits women’s correctional facilities to build relationships through fellowship, Bible teaching, prayer, and encouragement. We share the hope of the Gospel while reminding each woman that she is loved by God and has a purpose for her future.
Supporting Reentry
We encourage women as they transition back into the community by offering mentorship, spiritual guidance, Bible teaching, special events, giveaways, and continued support for residents and graduates of The Well.
