TRINITY RESTORATION MINISTRIES AT A GLANCE

Trinity Restoration Ministries (TRM) began as a local 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry in Dallas, TX. In May 2004, an eclectic team of directors came together to found the ministry, each director bringing a unique background in both prison and inner city ministry experience to bear at TRM. The primary focus of TRM is prison mentoring and aftercare ministry. This dual emphasis involves meeting with and mentoring inmates prior to their release from prison, counseling them, and working to help them make connections with churches and other ministries on the outside. TRM works to minister not only to inmates, but also to their children and families. TRM also works to form relationships with churches, as well as partnerships with other ministries in an attempt to offer inmates and their families multiple avenues of aftercare and ministry upon release. Apart from mentoring programs within the prison system, TRM also manages a residential aftercare facility in Dallas, providing a living space for men recently released from prison, as well as opportunities to help them manage funds, secure work, and re-enter society as productive citizens.
